Make sure to change your benefits coverage within 30 days.

- Update your life insurance beneficiary
- Update your retirement plan beneficiary
- Update your tax withholdings

Welcoming a New Child?
Don’t forget to enroll your child for benefits within 30 days.

- Review family benefits such as dependent care
- Update your life insurance coverage and beneficiary information

Lose Other Coverage?
Enroll for benefits within 30 days when your other coverage ends. Or wait for the next annual enrollment.

Newly Hired
Take Action! Elect benefits within 30 days.
Review your benefit options and enroll before the deadline.

Leave of Absence
Make sure your benefits continue while you’re away.
You must notify HR/Benefits Dept. within 30 days of a change in status event and provide documents to support your qualified benefit status.
